Welcome to AJW Detailing! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and any communication between you and AJW Detailing.
1. Services Provided
AJW Detailing offers automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified during booking.
4. Warranty & Liability
We take pride in our work and offer warranties on select detailing services. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care. AJW Detailing is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from services rendered.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including logos, text, images, and service descriptions — is the property of AJW Detailing and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS communications from AJW Detailing, you agree to receive messages such as appointment reminders, updates, service notifications, promotions, and other relevant content.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP". After that, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To resubscribe, simply opt in again through our normal process.
